We bought a PS3 game from Game 4 U, Galleria Shopping Centre... when we were on holiday in DURBAN the 21/12/2013... when we arrived back home in PE on the 23/12/2013 when we opened the sealed cover/case the disc was not in the case!
I called numerous times and left all my details with SHAUN the CASHIER, i called to check and I was told that the game has been posted to us... we still waiting!..Last week I called to speak to the Manager he said he will contact the post office and let me know... I called the MANAGER AGAIN... and AGAIN and till today he is getting back to me!
TODAY EXACTLY A MONTH AGO!!!
I am not happy!! They don't know of customer satisfaction or customer service.
I called Shaun about 10mins ago to inform him that i am now sending this cover back for full refund... lets see!
