Was promised a 2012 Hyundai I10 model and received a 2011 model. It took 3 weeks for finance to be completed and contract to be finalized. Had to install my own number plates as it took another 3odd weeks for car registration. Car has gone in today for repairs for the 3rd time and I had to forfeit a day's leave having to sit at Auto Pedigree sorting this mess out as my newly purchased car (bought in Nov 2013) did not want to start. The regional manageress promised twice to call me which she has not done and then has the audacity to ask me why I am unhappy. To date since the purchase Auto Pedigree has had my car more in their possession than I have as I haven't even had my car once for a full month - the longest I've had my car was for 2 weeks. Their advertisement of "We pay the 1st 6 months installments on your behalf" is non existent!!! About 2 weeks ago I sent an email to the regional manager stating all of my complaints and questions I want answered and to this date I do not have any more answers than I had 2 weeks ago just more excuses. I keep being inconvenienced and no suggestion of compensation has been offered and I had to hear that the recon center is too bussy!!!
