Puppy removed from a loving family

On the 17/01/14 our puppy was removed from my parents property. We are boarding with my parents since the 12/01/14 due to our property being under renovations. Our puppy, Willow, has been living on my parents property too. Willow was put on a leash to stop her from running out of the gate or in front of a car when a car drove in. Once the gate was closed she was set free. We did this to protect her. Unfortunately neighbours complained to the SPCA because Willow barked quite a lot. She was in a new surrounding and it couldn't be helped. When K Prinsloo from the SPCA arrived she forcefully removed Willow on the grounds that she was being miss-treated. Without investigating or listening to anyone. She was rude and had already made her conculsions before investigating. We adopted Willow from the SPCA 2 years ago and we were told that she belonged to the SPCA, even though we have been her loving family for 2 years. Willow was never treated badly, I have dip a dog bath her weekly and have letters stating that willow is loved and cared for. They do not want to look at anything. We are devestated and want her back but are faced with power hungry people. I'm sure Willow is traumatised. :(
