I logged a call on 19th January 2014 at 22h07 for our electricity. I phoned this morning, 20th January 2014, at 09h03 for an update and was told that the team is in a meeting and will only investigate once the meeting is over. When I asked if the problem was attended to last night the answer was no.
This is absolutely ridiculous. What is the sense of logging a call if no one responds or they have to finish a meeting before responding to a service call.
