You know how they say "Its take a long time to build a reputation but a couple of seconds to destroy it" That's how I feel about Galleria.
Because of staff that chose to stick to their rules 100% and without taking a customer's extenuating circumstance, I am sorry to say but Galleria just lost my & my family as a customer. Let me explain. I paid for my parking ticket on exit & my wife decided that she would like some chocolates from Game. We got delayed due to long queues in Game & I happened to get to parking boom gates 3 minutes too late. I explained to the "buzzed" parking office guy my explanation but he refused to accept my explanation. Even though there was a long queue of cars behind me, I had to exit the line & pay an extra R6 to exit (over & above the R7 I already paid). I'm sure at any other mall, the attendants would have understood & allowed me to exit. However, Galleria seems to think our patronage is less important than their R6 so, that's the last they'll see of me.
