On the 17/01/14 I went to go and renew my license at around 14:30, when I got there, there were two tellers both occupied, then the one disappeared somewhere and the other continued with the work completely oblivious of my presence. eventually I knock on the window and ask if I can renew my license there. she just nods her head without even looking at me whilst chewing on a fat piece of gum. I then ask her a second time I said is it yes or no she nods her head again so I assume ok. I take out my forms and wait another 5 minute before anyone pays me any kind of attention. she then hands me another form that I have already filled in not telling me why I need to do it again. There was ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS WOMEN AT All or anyone working there . they just sat and stared and the worse part is her chewing in my face and not even greeting me as I greeted her politely!!! Sort this out and get some people who want to work. I then actually left and went to walmer park post office!!! was done in 5 minutes with AMAZING SERVICE!!!
