Two weeks ago I called in concerning an abandoned/stray dog. After all that time the Spca shows up at my house while I'm at work, they found the dog according to my neighbors and refuse to take the dog, because they want money to save the dog. I am appalled, due to the fact that it's not even my dog and the fact that they requested money to rescue this poor stray dog that has no home or food. I thought the SPCA was suppose to help animals in need, clearly I was mistaken. I am highly upset and sad that this poor dog is still running around with no food and shelter, I have tried to bring him in but he is so scared of people.
