Fedup with San Michele Home Attitude

We removed my aunt who is handicapped from there due to an issue with her health, May 2013.
We reregistered her at SASSA in Pretoria as she gets a disability grant. Every month the grant is still paid over to them as they failed to informed SASSA that Lorraine is not in there care anymore.
As the money is paid into their account, we need to send a request for it to pay over to us then we wait till they decide to do the EFT. They know that her money has been going into there acc since May still, why do we have to request it?
When we phone, Matron Bruwer are rude and not helpful with the SASSA issue nor with the money.
This month the e-mail was send on the 8th, only responded to the 13th, saying they will pay it over as soon as possible, still nothing.
We would like the EFT to be done ASAP, all the intrerest to be calculated by ABSA and also paid to us for every month we waited after the 1st. They receive the money by the 29th each month.
We would like the proof from San Michele that she has been taken off their payment list by SASSA by end January 2014 and that her payment has been loaded onto her SASSA card, also a request San Michele needs to do with SASSA and CPS. I am fedup!!
