This is an email I sent this morning and there is still no reply/action, just like the payment I made last year that hasn't been correctly allocated. Why bother???

I am highly disappointed by service and communication I am receiving from the SABC.
Last year I was summoned by SMS to pay my account as it was handed over. Attached is an email I sent to the SABC upon receiving the email address from your call center.
First, I was given the wrong reference number to make the payment, I emailed to correct this only to find that this hasn't been one in over a year. This is really frustrating and I am livid right now because this is denting my image and record on the Credit Bureau. I want you to remove the excess amount from my name, that I cleared a year ago, and send me an invoice plus banking details of the new balance, that I will settle immediately.
Had I been given the correct reference number none of this would be happening.
Basetsana, as a senior person there, please sort his out ASAP, I am busy with buying a property now and I won't let this mess my plan up... if it does, someone is going to account.
Please get back to me immediately.
