Cheated by Groupon and Kessel Motors

I purchased a voucher for a car service at Kessel Motors on 5/12/2013 for R348.00. Prior to purchase, my husband called the vendor, and queried if the voucher covered our car, which the employee of Kessel Motors re-assured us that a Renault Megane is covered with this voucher. My husband queried what we would require regarding the service, and they advised that we buy the voucher, call to book the car in, and bring the voucher with on the day of the service, that's all. When my husband took the car for the service, firstly, we were told the voucher is only valued at R228.00, and also, we were told that we need to pay an additional Service Fee of R403.00. This is very disappointing as we've purchased many items from Groupon, between my husband and myself, but never were we to about additional costs. Usually, the amount paid for the voucher was the full amount, and it covered everything regarding the service item bought. I feel that Groupon has really done us in on this, selling a voucher for R120 more than its value, and then still we are liable for an additional R403. So for a service that (as advertised) should only cost R348, we had to pay an additional R523. I paid R871
