I received a call few weeks back about inhouse contents and building insurance from MiWay, whom I told i had one and was happy with it. The agent I spoke to said I just have to get a quote and I can sign up if I like what they offer, or R200 is mine is they fail to beat my current insurer.
Atfer the quote they gave me was way above what i am currently paying, I was told then that I need to send my policy schedule to them to confirm that I am paying less.
And why do they only tell you after you are done with the quote that you will need to send them the info? By the way, I never got the R200 because I refuse further conditions that were not mentioned at the bigining of a challange. So, don't waste your time when you get a call from them.
