Lying to customer during sales

I bought a brand new vehicle from Vw eastrand mall. the sales John said this vehicle come with 5 years and 90 000km service plan. but this morningi bought in the vehicle for service. they told me its only 3 years 60000km motor plan.

then i spoke to the manager . very friendly person took half an hour to find the file and told me there is nothing status the vehicle come with 5 years service plan. either 3 years plan. since John left. there is nothing we can do

so people. dont listen to sales words . get a prove
