Poor service on not getting back to a client

To whom it may concern,

I logged a concern tweeks ago regarding the Camel Activate - Menthol "little Bubble/button" missing in a couple of sigarets. I have been notified that someone would be in contact, yet till this given day no one has, it seems to be a standard response to everyone whom has lodged an complaint if I do a general search on the JTI group. Maybe I should publish these concerns via mode of press, such as the Beeld and so forth of not only is their product in default however more so is their service delivery regarding concerns, a so called "file 13" shove it under the carpet and hope and pray that no one complains again.

Come on guys and gals is it that difficult to deliver a service.
