Upon arriving, i waited a while in the que, payed for the full house car wash. which include liquid wax wash, bumper detailing, cented spray dashboard treatment the works.
To have this done i waited just over 2 hours, to find they have not done that, but just a wash and vacuum. Once i complained to the person busy with the car, he quickly does one insert on my front bumper, not the inside of the car, nor the rear. after complaining to the owners son, does the guy quickly finish the front bumper, then the rear. does not touch the inside of the car, the effort put in was rediculous, They did not even vacuum the car properly. i could have done the same job at home in less time, by myself.
For such a pricey car wash i am really disappointed, doubt i will ever return to give them another chance, as i was not the only customer complaining on the day.
