My wedding was on the 29/04/2012 and to date 14/01/2014 "ALMOST 2 YEARS" he has not given me my DVD or wedding book. I paid him in full as per the contract BEFORE the wedding. He appeared to be very professional and his portfolios looked amazing. Now almost 2 years later, I have found out his arrogance, rudeness, and most importantly - complete failure to deliver on the service we paid for approx R20k. He has blamed his late delivery on the divorce from his wife. But that does not explain his, arrogance, rudeness, refusal to take our calls or to return our calls, and ignorance to our mails. That also does not explain what he spent MY MONEY on...??? Kal Danner has destroyed such a magical part of being married. My gran and uncle, both passed away since my wedding, before even seeing any photos or the video. This was extremely sad for me. I hope that he will have some inner integrity left to realise what he has done, and at the very least ensure that he gives me my DVD and Wedding Book - with the highest quality and speed of response that I deserve and PAID FOR!!! So please do not land up in my situation, heed my advice and use another service provider - one that is reliable!
