I entered into a a lease agreement with storage genie, their storage units are based in Eco park. As per our contract my deposit was to be refunded a month after I have vacated the unit.i vacated the unit on the 31 October 2013 and have since been waiting for my refund. I have made numerous calls and sent emails o make a follow up on my refund up to date i have not received my refund.all i keep hearing is that the finance manager is not available.surely that is not my problem.
Their service is poor, and do not stick to the terms of their contracts.
