SAPO's "We deliver whatever it takes" is actually a sarcastic but typical 3rd world boast to bluff the uninformed. My wife, who has a small business, ordered some stock from her supplier in the USA. Package got delivered by USPS (USA POST), promptly may I add, at SAPO JHB on 14 Dec. IT STILL SITS IN JHB!! Every time she enquires at Customer Service (how SAPO can use the word "Service" in combination with "Customer" is above my comprehension) about 3 days past and somebody asked for an invoice which is promptly emailed although the supplier normally attached the invoice to the outside of the box. Then another 3 days past and the same routine is repeated on inquiry. This seems to be the most incompetent group in Public Service. People in the mail-trail of who some responded and most not, are: Francinah Madzivhani; Motlatsi Motshidi; and Motlatsi Moshidi.
NOT ONCE DID SAPO CONTACT MY WIFE TO REQUEST ANY INFORMATION.
