My father, my wife and I have repeatedly experienced terrible customer service at this post office. We collect at least 5 parcels a week through the post office and every single time we are treated like dirt and most of the time we are not helped at all. There is always only one desk open, even when there is a line outside of the door, and the people behind the desk, especially the short skinny girl who works there, refuse to even check if your parcel has arrived, even if you can physically show her that your parcel has arrived at the post office. She is more interested in eating her lunch and doing her hair while we are trying to collect our parcel. I am absolutely disgusted that the SA post office employs and endorses the behaviour of these people, as many people have complained and absolutely nothing is done about it.
