I got an email from sanral VPC to claim that i owe R1006.17 (reference number 1401132645). And few minutes later received another email for sanral VPC to indicate R 87.96, reference number 1312628469. Its only a month since eToll was implemented, how come i owe this much. I have logged an enquiry via the email and etoll log in since i have an etag, i am still awaiting feedback and its not coming. I have printed a transaction detail for my travelling since the 3 December 2013 to 10 January 2014 (it equalls R350 billing) which i had already loaded into my etag. Can sanral please explain the R1006.17 and R87.96. Sanral system is a problem and they cant even solve the billing errors, what more about people who not registered for etags???
