After scheduling an 11am meeting in order for the contractor to supply a quotation for a carport, the contractor does not show up. After phoning the supplier to confirm when the they will be arriving, they inform us that "Eish", they are running late and will be able to come in 2 hours. 5 Hours later, Sunrise Steel still hasn't show up and after waiting for them the whole day, making sure that we are home and re-arranging our whole schedule, no word from them. After I contacted them informing the supplier that we are no longer interested in their services due to not committing to an arranged meeting, the only response back is "Thank you". No apology or explanation, nothing. This just confirms that they are not serious about business and that customer service is not high on their priority list.
How are you suppose to believe in their mission/vision which is posted on their website if they cant even pitch up for a first meeting:
"We deem it our mission to put ourselves in our customers' position while serving as reliable provider of knowledge-driven solutions in the course of construction, completion and usage."
