I do not know who to contact about the following situation
We received a Accommodation voucher from Toucan Travel .. as per leaflet no accommodation to be paid only for meals!!
We went ahead and contacted them for holiday in Mauritius, after paying them the booking amount of R9000 we realised we were mislead with the Quotation, the have quoted 2 adults and 1 child and not 4 adult and 2 children as requested.. we then realised they are asking R20 000 more for 3 star accommodation than any travel agency in SA. we have emailed them to cancel all bookings and asked them to pay our money back. they are ignoring any contact. ACCOMMODATION NOT FREE, MISLEADING INFO!!!
