Bad Attitude - Coomunication Problem

As from December 20th, 2014 I have had a everlasting complaint about this salon.
The communication is depolrable they do not seem to understand that calls do not
get taken during working hours and after all this they false accuse.

Disgusting deplorable behavious from a manageress...
