There probably is no other person who thought highly of Russel Hobb products more than me.
I associated them with high quality and excellent standard until recently.
In the space 2 years I've had to buy 3 irons because two of them literally just stopped working. The other one started leaking, I assumed my helper dropped it and didn't tell me about it.
After my mom told me her iron I bought for her too just stopped working - it's just too coincidental.
I need someone to come collect all these irons I can use anymore and do a quality check on what the problem is with your products.
I'm certainly never buying a Russell Hobbs iron ever again but I'm also losing faith in all your other products..
