Bad service

I got a call last week of from Le Morgan..Ndivhuho who persuaded me to order the food processor which was on special. It was supposed to come with 9 mugs and a utensils sett. When the delivery came the utensil set was not there. I called the following day in the second week of December and I was promised that they will deliver the set before 15 December 2013. Nothing has happened to date and I have tried to call several times with no success. I am not impressed at all and I want them to come collect what they delivered and cancel the deal
