According to me the SPCA is there to assist animals and deliver this service to pet owners who cannot afford veterinary bills. They receive donations from people like me to allow them to help and care for sick and dying animals. However on numerous occasion myself, friends and family members have been turned away or have been treated with disrespect by unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Why then do we still have a SPCA if they not delivering the service to the public they intended to. Why are they still accepting donations if they are not using the funds for the main objective, which is to serve the public. Its disgusting to come there with a sick animal and then no one seems to care. You guys clearly to not care or love animals, as you do not show any sympathy or empathy to your clients or their beloved best friends. I am truly appalled to have heard once again this morning how you turned away someone without having tried to assist in any manner. This being the second time this week, I have heard about your poor service delivery. I will make it my duty to find out what service, if any, you guys claim to be delivery. As I have never received any service from you.
