I have had bad service in SA but this has been the worst. We have bought a DSTV decoder more then a week ago and still we are waiting for Aerial king to send someone out. Their 086 number does not work and we have gotten hold of the cape town office once. They informed us someone will come out, and yes we are still waiting. Its been 8 days but they just dont seem to care. Living Brands who are associated with them dont realy care either as they have answered their phone once in 8 days. Graaf at the CT office said yesterday (monday) that someone will come, its tuesday and no call nothing, we are still waiting. This is pathetic. I see no reason to install DSTV and multi choice also dont have a care in the world who are associated with them also cause they contract out and when phoning them thry just say "sorry we dont deal with that". They cannot be bothered if they loose clients cause clearly they have enough and neither House & Home where we bought it. All they say is call Aerial King. Again NO customer service from their side either, they just want the money you pay for it and nothing after that!!!
