Blanket was sent to Dry Cleaners and came back damaged.
My dad picked up blanket on the 25/12/2013 and had come home on the 26/12/2013 saw the blanket was damaged and took the blanket back straight away to them.
I spoke to a lady Hansa and explained to her that my dad picked up this blanket yesterday and it is now damaged she then told me that i shouldnt have come to them if i was going to complain and she started screaming and shouting and saying that i am not prepared to pay a cent to you and we should not come back to them again.
My point was that i gave the blanket to you to clean and you return it to me damaged.
