NAVSHOP EMPTY PROMISES & POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE!

I ordered a Dynavin unit from Sean and everything went well, I even asked for a small discount which I got, this was until the wrong unit arrived which I could only see once the unit was installed and switched on.
It was a windows unit not an Android unit. Also part of the antenna cable wasn't glued or crimped and just came off when it was installed and it should have also come with a WI-fi receiver since it was suppose to be an android unit which I asked Sean for, but never heard anything back about it, it just fell out of the conversation.

I spoke to Sean regarding these issues and he said he is sorry and he'll send me the software update and a new antenna cable (note nothing about the Wi-fi reciever). This was on the 4th of November. To this day nothing!! Even after trying to call, sending emails back and forth, its empty promises left, right and center.

I advise EVERYONE!! especially if your not in CT to AVOID using the NAVSHOP.
