Colour did not catch

I bought a garnier nutrisse hair dye no 7 dark blonde, I applied to my hair and instead of blonde it dyed DARK BROWN... I got pictures of everything... I want a refund or something... this is unacceptable n I'm very dissapointed as I have used these procuts before with excellent results... Dissapointed custome
