A few months back i have returned a wallet of their brand Marc B that have been damaged in two weeks time A few days back i have discovered that the same brands handbag leather is coming of just being on the shelf i called Sue Cohen and told her this quality i can't sell to my customers i wanted to send the stock i have back to a and she need to refund me because of the quality. She was utterly rude and told me she will give me a credit for only one handbag, i don't want the credit i want a refund on the bad quality of Marc B. She just refused and didn't come back to me. I won't recommend to do business with her to anyone and to even buy this Marc B brand it is the worst mistake and money wasting you can ever consider to do. If the quality is bad i recommend that she refund me and i'll send it back but she just didn't care to keep her customer happy. Bad service, bad attitude, and bad quality not recommended.!!!
