I have purchased a San Patrick wedding dress from Michelangela. There were a few issues with the dress from the start. I tried a size 10 and it fitted perfectly. When I wanted to purchase the dress. They insisted that I order a new. I gave her my measurements as per her instructions. When I received the dress it was a size 18 and not a 10. She immediately said that it must have been my measurements.
They had to alter the dress in order for it to fit as my wedding was in less than 2 months. When I went for the final fitting, the dress was then too tight as they have taken it in too much. When I received the dress, it did not fit once again and was even tighter. My bust was 85cm the same as her measurements but the dress seemed to be 80cm at the bust. The dress was also still too long. When I asked her about this she just said she did everything correct and it was not her fault. She said she would refund me for the alteration, which we still after 3 months have not received. With about a month to the wedding I had to lose weight to fit in the dress and as it was just too small I had to get the dress altered again before my wedding in Phuket. The dress was also dirty on the inside.
