It is a sad indictment of the service industry that when one encounters what should be normal service, one is tremendously impressed. I phoned Treadmill-Pro and described my faulty treadmill to Hugh. He correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me a very reasonable estimate (contingent on actually seeing the treadmill), and said that he would phone the next day to arrange a site visit. He DID phone the next day, And arranged to have a technician arrive the following day. Who DID arrive the following day. And efficiently repaired the treadmill, and also advised me on normal maintenance procedures. And the original estimate was accurate. It is a big relief to know that I can trust someone should I have a similar problem in the future.
