We moved from Cape Town after signing a contract and paying deposit for our new home in Riebeeckstad. It was agreed that the current occupants will move out 4Jan, we arrived in Welkom 5Jan. So to get a update from the agent on the situation at the house, we tried phoning her numerous times, but she refused to answer her phone or to return the phonecalls. So at the end it came out the current occupants refused to move out and had all kinds of other stories, after going there ourselves to find out what is the story. We are currently, 10Jan, still staying in a guesthouse, our animals had to be booked in by the SPCA and we our living of the little bit clothing and accessories that we had in our vehicle, all our furniture and everything else locked up in storage baking in the sun.
