I ordered a cake according to my specification and two were not met and even though I paid the agreed price and even worse the icing fell and cake cracked somewhere in the middle. I called them to inform them about the cake and they became defensive and aggresive and said I must bring back the cake two days after the function seriously!? is that possible. The baker I suppose Bekhi, said the owner does not want to speak to me and ended the call when I tried the the mobile no. I kept calling till I got through and she apologised for the specification and said she wont apologise for the cake falling apart as she does not why that happened in her tone she could not be bother. In case you are looking for a baker do not use Brilliant cakes for your special occassion as you will be dissappointed.
