Useless is the word

I have had to post a few document over seas the last few months and have realized i have wasted my time and money using your tracking service your website never loads and when it does you type in the tracking number and the page just loads it never comes up. What a useless system you guys are so behind on the times and technology i now see why people use private company's and now on im going the same way good bye and good rid dens.
