No power for 20 hours

I reported that our power went out at 2pm yesterday (15/12/2013). It is still not on.
At 05:30 this morning, I was told a technician will go out at 7am.
At 08:00 I was told that they are waiting for technicians.
At 09:00 I was told that supervisor will call me to tell me what the problem is and when we can expect power to be restored.
At 10:00 I was told that technicians were dispatched at 09:50.

No power = no water on the farm.
