My younger sister and I both went for a photo shoot with our boyfriends. We made one appointment and went together because it was a special. They told us that we go for the photo shoot and if we want to buy any photos we have to pay R50 per photo which was fine, they also told us that for every 50 contact numbers we give them we will get 1 photo for free. We ended up giving them about 600 different contacts but got nothing. When it came to the point were we wanted to buy the photos they told us we have to buy the whole package for R1800 and we can't buy it for R50 each as previously agreed on. We left without buying anything and wasted 5hours of our day.
Then a few weeks ago they sent me a sms saying I could buy all my photos from them for R800 on a CD. We then went to their offices expecting to get both my sister and my own photos as it was one appointment but they refused to give all our photos as we did the shoot as couples. We tried to explain that it was only one appointment and we wanted all our photos. They got rude and offensive and told us that it was treated as two appointments as we decided to take couple photo shoots, and refused to give us all the photos. BAD SERVICE!
