We contacted Louwnette Nelson, from Pat-a-cake baking regarding a 3 tier birthday cake. After sending her a photo what the cake should look like she admit that she can produce the exact cake! She charged us R1200.00 for the cake. When we received the cake, the fondant was thorn and cracked, and the top tiers were sliding apart from the cake, the cake was half the size and didn't look like the picture we send to her at all. When we confronted her she got mad and refused to refund. She eventually took the cake back to fix but when we received the "fixed" cake it was worse than the first attempt. My customer declined the cake and Louwnette refuses to give us a refund and take the cake back. What kind of baker is this that gives such rubbish to clients, and what type of service do you call this?
