I bought an Electrolux Mini Vortex vacuum cleaner about 2 years ago. I am at a point where I desperately need to get new dust container filters (a wear & tear item) and phoned the spares department on 30th October to be told that they do not have stock of this spare part, and that it would take about a month for them to get new stock. I phoned again on the 29th of November, to be told that their supplier (who can their supplier be, they are the manufacturer of the product) does not have stock & they do not know when they will be getting stock. I have been promised an update telephonically of when to expect t his, but to date (11th December) have not heard anything. This is all a ploy to get you to buy another brand new product, but if Electrolux think I will ever buy their products again they are sorely mistaken. I have never experienced such bad service & bad attitude from a supplier before
