I purchased a cuisine and satara set from le Morgan in 2010. I was told that for lifetime the supplier will replace any broken item. I only learned after I broke a lid for the sugar basin that le Morgan cannot replace as promised because the said set has been discontinued. Of course I claimed before and there were replacements. I'm just unhappy that the lifetime guarantee promised is partly a lie. After being a good customer to them I at least expect a replacement even if its from a different set.
