I had my nails done at Sorbet Rivonia yesterday, Had tips put on with acrylic and gel overlay which is not exactly what i wanted as it looks bulky, thick and fake. My original request was tips with gelish but the nail technician did the acrylic overlay.
I usually do my nails at Lavana beauty spa in Benmore jhb, but my nail technician there was off and I have a wedding this weekend.
I am not happy at all with my treatment and I paid the R400.00 only because I did not want to cause a scene in store and just wanted to email you as to why I do not go to Sorbet at all. I use to go to Sorbet at the wedge in morningside jhb as well, but stopped going as the last time I went my nails were done so pathetically that i returned and asked them to re-do it. I do not know if the ladies Sorbet hire are just not trained enough or do not have supervision while they work on clients to see the quality in which they create and build nails.
I do not want anything from Sorbet for free, but felt I needed to send through an email so that you can advise your stores.
I will not be using Sorbet again, as i definitely do not feel that this quality or work is work any money less alone R400.00
