This is a complaint for the partners. Will you please investigate as to why one of your attorneys (Gerhard van Rensburg) is dragging out the estate of my late father Ivan S Coetzer? There's too many details and letters to state here, so feel free to contact me for all copies. The estate had two properties to be sold, no money was outstanding on properties except the municipal account for the beach house, this was due to the fact that Gerhard and the executor took their time to settle the bill. My father had no other accounts on his name. The properties were sold in October 2013 and till now there's been no feedback from Gerhard regarding the estate and when it will be finalized. I'm one of the beneficiaries and am currently unemployed with a wife, also unemployed, and four month old baby staying by the in laws. We have no income and I'm desperately awaiting my fathers estate to pay out so I can settle my bills.
