SO HERE'S MY HORROR STORY

I HAVE BOUGHT A TAG AND REGISTERED ONLINE VIA SANRAL WEBSITE.

I HAVE EFT MONEY INTO THE SANRAL ACCOUNT (MY BALANCES STANDS AT R300).

I HAVE FITTED A TAG TO MY CAR IN THE CORRECT MANNER.

YET I AM BILLED THE SAME RATE AS NON TAGGED VEHICLE, WHERE THE BENEFIT IN HAVING A TAG???

I HAVE CALLED THE 0800 726 725 ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE NOT WELL TRAINED AND PUT YOU ON HOLD INDEFINITELY.

WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A SENIOR PERSON, THERE IS NO SUCH PERSON AVAILABLE.

LOG QUERY ONLINE AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU.

WHAT DOES A PERSON DO WHEN SANRAL IS WANTS TO CHARGE YOU EXCESSIVELY TO DRIVE TO WORK?

SHOULD I JUST CHUCK THE TAG AWAY AND JUST NOT PAY?
