I am looking at installing a solar geyser at home (replacing 2 existing geysers). As I have borehole, not municipal water, my water pressure is low. Solar geyser installers have told me I have to install a low pressure solar geyser system (SABS approved) but Eskom does NOT give rebates on low pressure systems. This has been confirmed by Eskom.
Sounds like discrimination (without reason) to me against everyone who doesn't have high water pressure
