I purchased 2 Tevo Go Pure bottles recently. i found one of them had a tendency to leak although the company claimed it was leak proof. I contacted the company via their website and i received a response in a short space of time. Waseela, the lady who assisted me, was so kind and helpful and immediately after providing her with proof of purchase, she mailed me a replacement bottle. I was quite impressed! well done and thank you :-)
