NO ELECTRICITY MORE THAN 4 NIGHTS

We haven't had electricity from Friday at 02:00 am till today and my husband has called Impact and he was told that its City of Tshwane's problem how is that possible when we are paying Impact we have a relationship with Impact not City of Tshwane. I don't know when we are given that answer what should we do as residents as nothing is been done about all this and it look like no one at Impact cares about us as it's our food that's spoiled and we are the ones running around every morning to go and ask to shower or bath at other peoples places in this cold weather where as I pay my electricity every month. Can you kindly please escalate this matter as it looks like no one is doing anything about it or please point me in the right direction as I need this to be resolved ASAP. And now there is a board at our complex saying that electricity might come back on Thursday that's unacceptable really. I mean there is electricity at Extension 21/22 how is that possible that our neighbouring extensions have electricity and we don't UNACCEPTABLE.
