I got a delivery early this year of pots and a dinner set. upon delivery I noticed that two cups were broken.
I communicated with the costumer care but nothing took place.
I paid off the account and ordered the griller, I was promised that when the griller is delivered I will get the replacement cups.
I was advised by one of the consultant when I called around August that those cups are out of stock and it seemed as if they wont have them. I asked why was I told about life time guarantee if things have a short life span and I as I client was not even told what's going on. I had to call, waste my airtime and get nothing fruitful from the call
I stopped paying as it seemed as if I was calling monthly and I was not getting any help.
Of which initially I was advised about a life time guarantee, which I did not get from day one.
Now Today I got a call from their collections, demanding me to pay.
I advised the consult that I will not pay until I get replacements and I wont pay for the penalties.
