The SA Post Office found it suitable to send only 1 final notice for collection of a package - AFTER it was already returned to the sender. I've been waiting for the package from the UK for weeks, and been keeping my eye on my box like a hawk. So the moment I got the notice I went to collect it the next business day, only to be told that as I did not react to previous notifications, it was returned. I need to get hold of this package ASAP, but the Post Office also do not answer ANY of their customer service numbers, neither does the tracking number on the slip appear on the international track and trace web service.
