Doornfontein Post Office New Low in Service Level

I have been using the Doornfontein Post Office for more than 20 years. A large branch, it was always well geared to cope with large business needs. A new Post Master has taken it upon himself to so restructure service that service has come to a standstill. He has abolished the parcels accepting section, compelling all clients to use one queue for all needs. The result is that it took me over an hour to post two parcels. He also allowed some clients to jump the queue, giving rise to ill-feeling on the part of others. He was not prepared to listen to criticism, and more or less told dissatisfied public members what they can do if they do not like his system. He needs to be commanded to revisit his poor judgment as to requirements. If I had come with my usual 40 or more parcels, I would have had to sleep there overnight. On top of all, the Post Office has implemented a stupid timewasting system of capturing all parcel information manually. PLEEEEEZE somene help!!!
