I reside in Centurion Eco Park. Overnight delivery was sent to me on Thursday 28 November 2013 and was supposed to arrive on Friday 29 November 2013. Friday afternoon I went to Eco Boulevard to collect my parcel only to be told it has not arrived. they then asked me to confirm which address I gave to my sender, which I did. the one lady then told me that I should not have stated 'Centurion' in the address cause it will get lost. even though the postal code was correct. this I did not understand but the lady made a call to head office to track the parcel and then game me feedback that it will arrive the following day Saturday latest Monday. I went Saturday to check if it was there and it was not. Monday I went again they then told me that they could not find it and I have to call customer services which I did. customer services agent told me the system shows that the parcel is at Eco Boulevard I told them that was not the case. they took my details and said they will make follow up and call me back before end of business day Monday. this is frustrating as that parcel is important hence it was sent via overnight services. I am frustrated by this
